Great point Becky. Adding to that, one of my favorite quotes is “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority it's time to pause and reflect.” by Mark Twain. There is no secret sauce for success and each person, entity, etc. needs to find what works for them. Thanks for the comment!

I think the best way I can define up is, which every way is providing success. Sometimes its not about which direction is common, its the direction that is providing the results.Great post!
